Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store and curbside pickup is available for All purchases . Pickups are available Monday - Saturday - 10:00 am - 5:00 pm.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders over $200.00.

Expedited Shipping Fees

We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:

  Domestic Shipping:

Standard (5-8 Business Days depends on location): $8
Express (3 Business Days depends on location): $25
International Shipping:
International Standard (2-4 weeks depends on location): $25
International Express (1-2 weeks depends on location): $39
Local Delivery:
Local Delivery (3-5 Days depends on location): $10
Local Delivery (1-2 Days depends on location): $20
Free Local Pickup  


If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid for international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Saturday. To ensure same-day delivery, order must be placed by 12pm EST, and items must be  in stock. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping
provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 2 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been
handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

. CANCELLATIONS

After an order is submitted, processing begins, and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.


DELAYED ORDERS

In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping
provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.


  DAMAGED ORDERS

3B's Bryant's Beauty Boutique LLC is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in
the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
